The M18 FUEL POWER plunge delivers the strength to make rip cuts at the same rate as a comparable AC circular saw – capable of slicing through 45 meters of 18 mm plywood on a single 5.5 Ah battery charge.

The depth adjustment feature includes two scales, one for use while the saw is on the rail and another for when it’s off the rail, which can be easily adjusted with a simple button press.

The saw features a flat-sided upper guard, with the blade positioned just 12 mm from the guard’s outer edge, enabling it to cut very near to a wall.

It has also been engineered for superior dust control at the worksite, thanks to its enclosed guard. This saw is compatible with the DEK26 system and comes with a dust bag for convenience.

The scoring stop feature allows for a 1 mm back cut to be made, reducing splintering in laminated materials.

The bevel adjustment includes stops at 22.5, 45, and 48 degrees, with a -1 option for back cuts.

The saw includes a cut line window on the side for visibility of the blade against the material, and a sprung-loaded riving knife for added safety.

The blade change system securely locks the switch off and blade in position, making blade replacement easy.

The retractable riving knife keeps the riving knife in place during plunge cuts.

It offers a range of speeds from 2500 rpm to 5600 rpm.
